Twisted croissant pastry made with two layers of laminated dough and a mushroom cheese fondue filling throughout. Finished with house-made mushroom XO and Grana Padano. The mushroom XO is made from button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and Swiss brown mushrooms, slowly braised and finished with citrus, soy, and chilli.
